We're pleased to share that plans for Castle Catford are progressing, and we're now working towards opening in Autumn 2026.
As is often the way with bringing a big building back to life, a few important things are taking a little longer than expected behind the scenes.
We're working carefully to make sure everything is in place for Castle Catford to open properly, and we'll be sharing more as things develop.
One thing's for sure - we're very excited about what's taking shape.

We're starting to build the team who'll bring Castle Catford to life.

Now Live: Studio Space Expressions of Interest!
Alongside our screens, we are building a vibrant creative community and exploring the addition of purpose-built, affordable studio spaces for hire right along our main entrance corridor. Rather than an open-plan layout, these will be self-contained spaces featuring glass frontages to maximise light and allow our cinema-goers to peek in and see exactly what you are making, creating, or selling as they walk by.
We are still working out the exact floor plans, so we need you to help us shape the space. Whether you are a maker, creator, baker, artist, workshop leader or something entirely unique, your answers will directly guide our decision-making as we adapt to what our community wants and needs.
